Educational: Packaging or mechanical major preferred
Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD / ArtiosCAD for packaging design
Materials: Understanding of characteristics of various packaging materials (e.g., corrugated cardboard, plastic) and their application scenarios
Testing: Understanding of packaging testing standards
Language: Good English speaking, writing, and listening skills
Other: Understanding of BOM knowledge

Responsibilities

Design suitable packaging according to product characteristics, transportation, and storage requirements
Use software to create packaging design drawings
Select and test packaging materials to ensure they meet product protection and cost-effectiveness requirements
Create PN# and BOMs
Maintain BOMs/drawings to ensure specifications and quantities of all packaging materials are correct
Provide technical support and solutions to improve packaging efficiency and quality in production
Work with production and quality teams to optimize packaging
Carry out packaging cost analysis and optimization to reduce costs
Ensure packaging design complies with standards
