  • Open to both voluntary and required internship (if voluntary, must have 9 units or less)
  • Able to commit to full-time internship (3x a week onsite and 2x a week work-from-home, 8 hours per day)
  • Current university student, preferably with less than one-two years to graduate
  • Strong partnership, analytical skills, and problem-solving or solutions-oriented mindset
  • Experience working with groups through formal or informal leadership positions
  • Driven to overcome barriers or setbacks to deliver strong results
  • Confident collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds, and experiences
  • Able to derive insights from data and make business or organizational decisions
  • Strong passion to continuously learn and grow professionally
  • Take initiative and show flexibility
  • Legally eligible to work in the Philippines

Responsibilities

  • Own, lead, and deliver an individual business project in the Brand Department
  • Develop brand strategy, marketing plans, and specific marketing tactics based on consumer, shopper, and customer insights
  • Apply curiosity and holistic understanding to develop new approaches to big problems
  • Demonstrate creativity, innovation, teamwork, and leadership
  • Present work to P&G senior executives during midpoint and final presentations
