Current university student, preferably with less than one-two years to graduate

Experience working with groups through formal or informal leadership positions
Driven to overcome barriers or setbacks to deliver strong results
Confident collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds, and experiences
Able to derive insights from data and make business or organizational decisions
Strong passion to continuously learn and grow professionally
Take initiative and show flexibility
Legally eligible to work in the Philippines

Own, lead, and deliver an individual business project in the Brand Department
Develop brand strategy, marketing plans, and specific marketing tactics based on consumer, shopper, and customer insights
Apply curiosity and holistic understanding to develop new approaches to big problems
Demonstrate creativity, innovation, teamwork, and leadership
Present work to P&G senior executives during midpoint and final presentations
