Responsibilities
- Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food in the club
- Ensure all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked
- Maintain display signage for all products, create labels, apply merchandise sales tags
- Ensure all product labels and price tags are clear and visible
- Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain neat, clean, and organized club environment
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the club
- Deliver service excellence, resolve and de-escalate member concerns
- Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily (all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized inside and out)
