Responsibilities
Sort, display, remove, and replenish fresh fruits and vegetables in the produce department
Maintain overall environment of the department through product knowledge and customer service
Ensure all produce meets or exceeds company quality standards
Provide assistance to Members: answer questions, recommend products, safe handling tips, and help find products
Inspect, rotate, and store produce upon delivery to meet company standards
Rotate produce on sales floor for optimal freshness and variety
Ensure cases and display areas are fully stocked
Keep produce displays neat, clean, and organized
Remove products no longer suitable for sale
Maintain produce reserve stock areas
Deliver GOLD club standards: Grand opening look, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized inside and out
