Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club
Ensures that all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked
Maintains the neat and clean environment of the club by removing all trash and debris
Maintains display signage for all products; creates labels and/or applies merchandise sales tags
Ensures all product labels and price tags are clear and visible
Handles damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures
Performs general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard
Supports application of club policies, procedures, and compliance
Acts with honesty and integrity, addresses member concerns, and escalates as appropriate
Ensures a safe and positive environment for members and team
Delivers service excellence, resolves and deescalates member concerns
Commits to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and club standards (Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean; Grand Opening Look daily)
Executes promotional plans and maintains visible accurate signage
Understands and accesses production and/or financial performance reporting for the department
