A proven ability to build and sustain trusting relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is essential. Experience in solution selling, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration is required. Familiarity with Salesforce for sales reporting and CRM is necessary. The role requires regular travel, up to 30% per sales quarter, to meet with MSPs, attend industry events, and represent the company at trade shows. A strong understanding of cybersecurity and the MSP market is highly preferred.
The Outside Account Executive will identify and engage potential MSP partners to sell 1Password MSP programs. Responsibilities include attending industry events and client meetings to understand needs and offer tailored solutions, delivering in-depth product demonstrations and sales presentations, and providing group training and enablement functions. The role involves nurturing and expanding existing MSP relationships, analyzing market trends, collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Customer Support), and maintaining detailed records in Salesforce. Additionally, the executive will research technological advancements to enhance service offerings and suggest improvements to maintain a competitive edge.
