This is an onsite position at a dialysis center.
Candidates need a Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing, ability to perform patient data collection and analysis, adjust treatment plans, recognize patient status variations, administer medications, and commitment to advancing in the Clinical Advancement Program within 24 months.
There are no overnight, Sunday, or on-call shifts, with major holidays off including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. The company is recognized as America’s ‘Most Loved Workplaces’ by Newsweek.
The role includes 12 weeks of paid structured training with a dedicated preceptor and nurse educator support, plus up to $4,400 tuition reimbursement per calendar year. No prior dialysis experience is required.
