Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in one of the following: sales/brokerage of business/investment real estate for corporate clients at trust banks or real estate companies; real estate operations at financial institutions such as banks, securities companies, or asset management companies; real estate development at real estate developer companies
  • Business-level English proficiency
  • Must have: 1+ year of study abroad experience in an English-speaking country (UK sphere), or be a returnee student
  • Preferred: Real estate transaction agent license (宅地建物取引士)

Responsibilities

  • Support overseas development for developers, etc., including introducing overseas investment opportunities to investors
  • Brokerage and consulting for sale/purchase and leasing of overseas business-use real estate (CRE)
  • Create materials in Japanese and English, and participate in meetings
  • Business trips including overseas travel
  • Engage with major domestic real estate companies (developers) and domestic investment companies as clients
