Experienced telecom construction professional
Reside within the assigned market or within a reasonable commuting distance (frequent onsite presence essential)
Valid, fully unencumbered Driver’s License required
Ability to recommend process changes to optimize technology use and service setup/maintenance
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with regular presence at multiple jobsites (hybrid position)

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with local subcontractors, partners, municipalities, utilities, and community members to facilitate OSP construction and address concerns
Oversee line-crews, splicers, and subcontractor crews for safe, on-time, and on-budget project completion
Track crew progress and report real-time updates to internal teams and leadership
Monitor OSP contractor crews to drive a safety culture at worksites
Ensure OSP subcontractor crews meet NESC code for aerial construction
