Requirements
- Experienced telecom construction professional
- Reside within the assigned market or within a reasonable commuting distance (frequent onsite presence essential)
- Valid, fully unencumbered Driver’s License required
- Ability to recommend process changes to optimize technology use and service setup/maintenance
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with regular presence at multiple jobsites (hybrid position)
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with local subcontractors, partners, municipalities, utilities, and community members to facilitate OSP construction and address concerns
- Oversee line-crews, splicers, and subcontractor crews for safe, on-time, and on-budget project completion
- Track crew progress and report real-time updates to internal teams and leadership
- Monitor OSP contractor crews to drive a safety culture at worksites
- Ensure OSP subcontractor crews meet NESC code for aerial construction
