Requirements

PhD or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience as a Scientist
Proven expertise in organoid cultures and/or iPSC differentiation (required)
Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable: Large-scale sequencing datasets (e.g. 10x scRNAseq), Immunofluorescence analysis, FACS sorting, Microdissection and micromanipulation
Strong scientific foundation and a track record of executing complex experiments with rigor
Experience in developmental biology or regenerative medicine is a plus
Mission-driven mindset and enthusiasm for high-impact work
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Meticulous attention to detail and record-keeping

Responsibilities

Generate and culture ovarian organoids and follicles derived from NHP models
Drive experimental design, troubleshooting, and protocol development for in vitro gametogenesis
Work towards generating safety studies, potentially including live-birth NHP studies
Analyze data, present findings internally, and contribute to pre-clinical regulatory packages
