Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in organizational change management, preferably within a global supply chain and operations environment
  • Strong understanding of change management and organizational effectiveness principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Project management experience and proficiency in project management tools and techniques
  • Analytical skills to assess the impact of changes and measure their success
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving environment
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to define the change strategy and objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals
  • Develop comprehensive change management plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Identify key stakeholders and build strong relationships to gain their support and alignment with change initiatives
  • Create and execute communication plans to keep all relevant parties informed about changes, progress, and the impact on the organization
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new processes and systems
  • Identify potential risks and resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies to address these challenges
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives and provide regular progress reports to leadership
  • Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement in processes and systems to support organizational effectiveness
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple change projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure a seamless integration of change initiatives into existing workflows
  • Collaborate with project teams to execute change initiatives according to the change management plan
  • Maintain accurate records of change management activities, including documentation of lessons learned and best practices
  • Prepare progress reports and status updates for project stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Evaluate and report on the overall success and impact of the change initiative
