Requirements

Ability to perform general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update locations, and operating equipment
Knowledge of digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club
Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned
Support application of club policies, procedures, and compliance
Act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, address and escalate concerns
Ensure safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively as a team
Move with speed and agility, innovate and adapt, maintain friendly and positive attitude
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns, commit to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate; Fast, Friendly Full, Fresh, Clean)
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, maintain Grand Opening Look
Maintain clean and organized OMNI Space, organize bin storage for member orders per gold standards, regularly clean and maintain storage bins per safety standards
Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department

Responsibilities

Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list
Utilize handheld scanner device (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor
Use handheld scanner device (RF) to verify merchandise
Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area
Communicate problems with inventory and/or equipment
