Requirements

At least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production, or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards
Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures
Well organized and ability to keep deadlines
Works well with all peers
Effective communication skills
Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
Basic Excel, Word, and general computer knowledge
Ability to work around plant material, including exposure to plant pollen and/or dust
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or perform repetitive actions with hands for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level

Responsibilities

Picking and packing finished goods from vault storage for dispensary orders
Using an order picker to retrieve products from high shelves
Confirming batch labels are correct on finished goods
Creating and confirming products, unit counts, and compliance labels match dispensary manifests
Toting and sealing all finished orders for delivery
Staging outgoing orders
Other duties as assigned, which may include occasionally supporting other areas of the operation, such as assisting as a passenger in a delivery vehicle
