  • Consistently monitor plan performance and make real-time adjustments
  • Review historical load, route, and performance data to identify patterns and improve future planning
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, cost per mile, and efficiency
  • Identify inefficiencies in planning processes and propose solutions
