  • Ensuring stock has been received by the supplier
  • Providing warmth, friendliness, and confidence in discussing personal ocular health issues
  • Quickly resolving customer problems and guiding them to the right products
  • Participating in training programmes (e.g., Asda Optical Step In or Level 3 Optical Assistant Apprenticeship) to learn dispensing, repairs, adjustments, glasses verification, and contact lens insertion/removal
