Responsibilities

Collaborate in the evaluation and assessment of potential suppliers and vendors to ensure they meet the company's quality, cost, and delivery requirements
Support the management of relationships with existing suppliers, including communication, performance evaluations, and problem resolution
Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of critical materials and minimize excess inventory costs
Support the creation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders for materials and services
Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance
