Bachelor's degree or above
More than 3 years of work experience (pharmaceutical industry background preferred)
More than 1 year of Lean Six Sigma project management experience
Familiar with lean production, lean culture concepts and tools; understanding of Six Sigma statistical analysis methods
Experience in Power BI development; low-code development or proficiency in a programming language is preferred
Knowledge and work experience related to GMP

Responsibilities

Deeply participate in, support, and coach important improvement project activities in departments: Support identification, promotion, and implementation of lean/Six Sigma improvement projects and activities; coach projects using appropriate operational excellence methods; track departmental improvement projects and report progress regularly
Maintain factory-level improvement projects: Cooperate in executing change projects according to the factory change master plan; track project improvement effects; report project progress regularly
Promote operational excellence tools and culture: Promote suitable operational excellence knowledge and tools for the factory and ensure their application; optimize site management systems (e.g., IMEx, HAPS), promote visualization and ensure standard work; encourage all-employee participation through employee suggestions, autonomous improvements, capability certification, etc.; conduct regular promotional activities to create an operational excellence culture; promote and replicate best practices within the company operational excellence network; complete required employee training as planned
Factory operational support: Provide technical support for key indicator tracking and data analysis; cooperate in external promotions, visits, etc
Other work: Actively complete other tasks assigned by superiors; efficient team collaboration to support colleagues
