Responsibilities

Conduzione e monitoraggio delle macchine di reparto e dei cicli produttivi
Impostazione, set-up e regolazione degli impianti secondo le procedure aziendali
Controllo dello stato e dell’identità del prodotto durante le fasi di lavorazione
Preparazione materiali, lavaggio e sterilizzazione delle attrezzature, pulizia dei locali
Movimentazione dei materiali in entrata e in uscita dal reparto
Gestione della documentazione di processo
Esecuzione di attività di manutenzione elettromeccanica di base in affiancamento ai tecnici
Effettuazione di ispezioni, controlli, lubrificazioni e attività previste dalla manutenzione preventiva (PM)
Segnalazione di guasti e anomalie, con possibilità di diagnosi preliminare e supporto alle attività correttive
Proposta di azioni di manutenzione predittiva e miglioramento continuo volte ad aumentare efficienza, produttività e sicurezza
