  • Diploma di maturità ad indirizzo tecnico (meccanico, elettrico, elettronico o scientifico)
  • Gradita pregressa esperienza in ambito produttivo e/o manutentivo
  • Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, anche notturni

Responsibilities

  • Conduzione e monitoraggio delle macchine di reparto e dei cicli produttivi
  • Impostazione, set-up e regolazione degli impianti secondo le procedure aziendali
  • Controllo dello stato e dell’identità del prodotto durante le fasi di lavorazione
  • Preparazione materiali, lavaggio e sterilizzazione delle attrezzature, pulizia dei locali
  • Movimentazione dei materiali in entrata e in uscita dal reparto
  • Gestione della documentazione di processo
  • Esecuzione di attività di manutenzione elettromeccanica di base in affiancamento ai tecnici
  • Effettuazione di ispezioni, controlli, lubrificazioni e attività previste dalla manutenzione preventiva (PM)
  • Segnalazione di guasti e anomalie, con possibilità di diagnosi preliminare e supporto alle attività correttive
  • Proposta di azioni di manutenzione predittiva e miglioramento continuo volte ad aumentare efficienza, produttività e sicurezza
