High school diploma or equivalent
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance (up to 50 pounds max unassisted infrequently)
Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety Standards
Compliance with cleanroom restrictions: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair, etc
Ability to stand for full shift (8 hours a day with additional overtime as needed)
Ability to work in a fast-paced controlled cleanroom environment with specific gowning (gloves, hair & beard net, face cover, safety glasses) and PPE (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.)
Ability to move about including reaching, bending, stooping, grasping; use hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, and pulling
Follow all safety protocols and drive quality in all activities
Weekend PM (Nights) schedule: Fri-Mon 6:00PM - 6:30AM

Responsibilities

Read manufacturing drawings and follow standard procedures
Manufacture bags applying standard procedures (SOP) in accordance with product blueprint
Record and complete accurate documentation according to GMP requirements
Drive safety culture and quality in all activities
Perform visual inspection on in-process and finished products and raise issues to leadership when appropriate
Work with a team in a fast-paced environment assembling and manufacturing product
Participate in the Lean PPI (Practical Process Improvement) culture through Tier boards, GEMBA, JDI, RCCM, and/or Kaizen events
