Ability to work in cleanrooms wearing PPE, minimising human DNA touch points
Ability to operate various manual and automated equipment in the production process
Ability to engage in process improvements using the PPI (Practical Process Improvement) business system
Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment
Ability to handle cross-functional teamwork (e.g., with Engineering and Material Handling teams)
Ability to complete documentation to GDP (Good Documentation Practice) standards
Ability to perform manual handling and stand for long periods of time
Demonstrate ability to be proactive and work well as part of a team or individually
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferable (training provided); cleanroom experience a plus

Responsibilities

Work in the filling team for products from core HID and pharmaceutical divisions
Operate various manual and automated equipment in the production process
Take an active role in process improvements to increase efficiency or productivity using PPI
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in production areas
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering and Material Handling
Complete documentation to GDP standards
