  • Expertise in assigned area (formulation, aseptic isolator barrier filling, visual inspection) to educate team and lead operations
  • Leadership skills to coordinate daily activities, develop team capabilities, and act as technical leader for troubleshooting and issue escalation

Responsibilities

  • Support start-up activities during project phase, including formulation, aseptic isolator barrier filling, and visual inspection
  • Become expert in assigned area and educate/train team on proper facility operation
  • Lead training of new staff (Expert and Lead roles)
  • Ensure continuous supply of medicines by expertly running processes, troubleshooting, and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Maintain safety first/quality always mindset, exemplify safe working practices, and support HSE goals
  • Provide leadership on manufacturing floor for high levels of safety, quality, and productivity
  • Act as administrator and technical leader for operations, setting example through knowledge and compliance
  • Serve as key resource for troubleshooting and primary point of contact for issue escalation on shop floor
  • Administer technical training and ensure proper techniques
