Requirements

Diploma in TSO richting Procestechnieken, Elektromechanica, Chemie or a similar technical direction, or training via adult education (VDAB/CVO) to process operator
Strong technical interest and willingness to learn
Accuracy and sense of responsibility in following procedures
Problem-solving ability and analytical insight
Team player with good communication skills
Flexibility to work in shifts and switch between tasks
Safety awareness and respect for quality standards
Practical experience is an advantage, but not required – motivation and learning ability are at least as important

Responsibilities

Performing log rounds, visual inspections, and physical actions in the plant
Starting up pumps, compressors, utilities, and other installations
Conducting sampling and preventive maintenance tasks
Guiding and training drivers
Basic operation and monitoring of processes via the control panel
Preparing simple work permits (no IRR/simple LOTO)
Working according to strict safety, environmental, and quality standards
Actively participating in team meetings and knowledge sharing
