Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. The role requires the ability to operate and maintain equipment, as well as a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

The Operator will support start-up activities during the facility build, including formulation, aseptic isolator barrier filling, and visual inspection. They will then be responsible for ensuring continuous supply of medicines by expertly running the process, troubleshooting, collaborating cross-functionally, and upholding a safety-first/quality-always mindset. Operators will also support daily activities to meet capacity plans while developing their own and the team’s capabilities, and act as both administrator and technical leaders for operations.
