Requirements

Experience following and executing SOPs in pilot or full-scale manufacturing plants, including the use of material processing equipment and chemical handling
Experience with ERP and MES systems, inventory transactions, and tracking serial numbers accurately (preferred)
Meticulous attention to detail when working with hardware, materials, or chemicals, and when entering or logging data
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, while maintaining a positive, team-first attitude
Commitment to developing and supporting a cohesive team and fostering an effective and healthy work environment
Computer proficiency, particularly with Excel or MES systems (preferred)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to operate and handle power tools
No physical limitations to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respirators, when required

Responsibilities

Assemble and handle materials such as battery components, electrodes, and separators, following established SOPs
Operate and maintain equipment, ensuring the cleanliness and preparation of tools and machinery for efficient manufacturing
Participate in multiple stages of the manufacturing process, such as assembly, testing, electrode production, and cell fabrication
Analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize cycle time, and increase production efficiency
Support the development of new processes, products, and technologies at various manufacturing levels
Train and support colleagues once fully trained and help implement process improvements
Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Complete production documentation and assist in the transfer of materials to subsequent stages of production
