Willingness to work 100% onsite in 12-hour shifts (1st: 6am-6pm, 2nd: 6pm-6am) on rotating days (average 2-4 days/week for Operator 1-Production, 3 days/week for Production Utility), including weekends and flexible schedule as needed

Responsibilities
Setting up operation of bakery equipment/manufacturing line, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products per production guidelines (Operator 1-Production)
Ensuring compliance with Production/Packaging procedures/practices and inspecting all areas within one line/equipment for operational and/or mechanical issues
Reporting all equipment issues to the supervisor or manager as soon as possible
Completing and submitting reports throughout the day regarding production
Visually inspecting product for quality and quantity
Monitoring runs and performing basic troubleshooting on bakery equipment
Supporting quality control programs to ensure production procedures follow best practices of food safety and quality standards
Understanding and complying with all safety procedures, including proper lock out/tag out where applicable
Maintaining a safe and clean environment by adhering to safety policy and GMP procedures
Maintaining excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, coworkers, etc
Adhering to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
Working as a helper on a production line in various roles (e.g., Helper, Indexer, Feeder, Packer, Catcher) and performing manual labor tasks such as grasping, lifting, moving, placing, and stacking items (Production Utility)
Feeding, catching, and monitoring continuous/repetitive steps on production line
Assisting with cleaning and sanitation of equipment and environment pre- and post-production
