Responsibilities

  • Sort and classify export and import documents/shipments according to operational procedures
  • Handle irregular cases during operations (e.g., damaged goods, misrouted shipments)
  • Perform scanning and prepare reports
  • Coordinate with the Delivery and Dispatch teams to handle abnormal receiving cases, undeliverable shipments, and other customer-related requests
  • Contact customers to obtain additional information or arrange special delivery requirements
  • Communicate with relevant departments to obtain information supporting delivery and pickup
  • Complete procedures for returning shipments to origin or sender within Vietnam
  • Record and monitor inventory shipments
  • File and maintain documents in accordance with regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
