This Operations Supervisor will develop and motivate employees through effective communication, feedback, coaching, and performance reviews, while also managing day-to-day business operations by monitoring inventory levels and forecasts to meet customer service level agreements. They will actively identify opportunities to foster employee engagement and value, conduct regular 1-on-1 sessions, and communicate with their team, collaborating closely with the Operations Manager of Event Processing within Verra Mobility’s Government Solutions division.
