Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, placing candidates for light industrial roles) using AI feedback
  • Work closely with the Territory Operations Team to understand customer needs
  • Communicate with users on the app to fill open positions
  • Make high volume of calls to workers across different time zones to ensure shift coverage, maintaining a positive and persistent approach
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and Territory Operations Team
  • Perform repetitive tasks daily with consistency and attention to detail
  • Be adaptable to be placed where there is demand, with little downtime
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with quick decision-making and adaptability
