Responsibilities

  • Act as the bridge between Sales and Finance — ensuring both teams work from one version of the truth
  • Collect, validate, and prepare reports from global partners and platforms
  • Match and reconcile delivery data across internal systems (Salesforce and others)
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Sales, Finance, Revenue & COGS, Treasury, and Operations teams
  • Support management with ad-hoc reporting and operational insights
  • Assist in data imports and manual data entries to ensure data accuracy
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems, recommending optimizations
