Candidates should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, community planning, or facility management, or 10 years of experience as an analyst or program manager at the Service Component Headquarters or DoD level, and hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. They must also have over ten years of experience supporting similar tasks and hold a Secret Clearance.
The Operations Research Analyst will conduct outreach and collaboration with various stakeholders including MCICOM directorates, HQMC departments, and research entities to identify new capabilities and developments. They will support branding initiatives, develop interim guidance and policy, provide conference and meeting support, conduct policy reviews, and draft PLANORDs, OPORDs, and Letters of Instruction for implementing modernization initiatives, as well as assist in developing briefings, documents, and staff packages to support modernization and capability initiatives.
