Role

Project Manager (Operations, Non-Technical)

  • Reports To: Director of Project Management
  • Location: Santa Ana, CA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)
  • Travel: Domestic and International (required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage operations-focused, cross-functional projects by defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets while adhering to industry best practices.
  • Drive automation initiatives that streamline and scale operational processes, partnering closely with key business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful design, implementation, and adoption.
  • Identify project risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
  • Develop and maintain clear project communication channels, regular meetings, documentation, and status reporting across all organizational levels, including teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership, ensuring full alignment and visibility throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuously evaluate project workflows and metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing enhancements to increase operational efficiency and program effectiveness.
  • Act as the primary liaison for operational project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth project execution.
