Basic understanding of spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google Sheets)
Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with team members across the organization

Responsibilities

Keep track of all projects happening across multiple projects and initiatives
Update and report on action items and status reports
Communicate proactively with all stakeholders on their deadlines and deliverables
Keep product evaluation schedules and frameworks up to date and organized for publishing
Run internal playtests and support company playtests
Coordinate the scheduling and execution of internal playtests to ensure timely delivery of high-quality feedback
Oversee task completion and deadlines, maintaining clear communication with team members
Manage all logistical aspects of testing projects, including creating write-ups, handling assets, and liaising with points of contact for translations
When needed, research testing vendors, gather information, present to stakeholders to speed up the selection process
Handle contracts and invoices required for the tests
Research market trends, competitor products, and player needs
Support the delivery of clear, actionable reports that highlight key opportunities and risks
Develop templates and frameworks to streamline future research
Engage with internal stakeholders as needed, including managers and senior team members
Ensure effective communication and coordinate information between project teams and other departments
