Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a high-growth SaaS or tech-enabled company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL and Excel (a basic SQL assessment will be part of the interview process)
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion
  • Demonstrated bias for action, intellectual curiosity, and a deep sense of ownership
  • Excellent communication skills and a track record of success working cross-functionally

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and launch of Patient Eligibility workflows for strategic accounts, ensuring flawless execution and high client satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for eligibility onboarding, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks before they impact timelines
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Ops to align implementation strategies with company goals and customer needs
  • Own pre- and post-launch eligibility KPIs, continuously monitoring performance and driving improvements
  • Identify product and process gaps, translate customer feedback into actionable insights, and collaborate with Product to influence roadmap decisions
  • Build scalable systems and repeatable processes to support a rapidly growing customer base
  • Act as a thought partner across the business, identifying emerging operational challenges and creating data-driven solutions
  • Synthesize complex issues into actionable insights and clearly communicate recommendations, risks, and blockers to leadership and stakeholders
