Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across the Printing, Installation, and Maintenance departments to ensure efficient execution of media campaigns
  • Develop and implement workflows and best practices to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost control and optimal resource allocation
  • Coordinate with the sales and client servicing teams to align operations with business goals
  • Plan, schedule, and supervise all outdoor media installation and maintenance activities
  • Ensure timely execution of media placements, adhering to quality standards and deadlines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges to avoid disruptions
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting
  • Lead and manage department heads and operational teams, ensuring accountability and performance optimization
  • Provide training, mentoring, and career development opportunities for team members
  • Monitor workforce productivity and ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align operations with client expectations
  • Address and resolve any client concerns related to operational execution
