Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across the Printing, Installation, and Maintenance departments to ensure efficient execution of media campaigns
Develop and implement workflows and best practices to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
Monitor and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost control and optimal resource allocation
Coordinate with the sales and client servicing teams to align operations with business goals
Plan, schedule, and supervise all outdoor media installation and maintenance activities
Ensure timely execution of media placements, adhering to quality standards and deadlines
Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges to avoid disruptions
Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting
Lead and manage department heads and operational teams, ensuring accountability and performance optimization
Provide training, mentoring, and career development opportunities for team members
Monitor workforce productivity and ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations
Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth operations
Collaborate with the sales team to align operations with client expectations
Address and resolve any client concerns related to operational execution
Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards
Implement and enforce health & safety procedures in all operations
Continuously analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement
Generate and present operational reports to the Head of Sales – OOH Media
Implement new technologies and automation where applicable to enhance efficiency
