Responsibilities

Lead and support the execution of daily operations by working beside team members
Learn to lead, motivate, and influence a team, including leading a department
Work closely with a Mentor to understand effective leadership in a supply chain facility
Problem solve, conduct real-time observations, and drive results
Ensure safety is a top priority and maximize productivity to deliver products quickly
Step into leading Mentor's work center with guidance
Participate in ongoing developmental conversations and extensive training
Build and manage team culture across the building
Develop problem-solving and change management skills
Gain knowledge of retail business fundamentals
Set and plan department daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and manage team to deliver goals
Manage a team of hourly team members and create business strategies and goals
Gain knowledge of departments within the facility
