Responsibilities

Maintain a Safety-First culture in the food-based Fulfillment Center (FC), meeting site environmental, health, quality & safety performance metrics, and maintaining/exceeding OSHA, AIB, GMP, HACCP, FSSC, and FDA standards
Oversee day-to-day operations in the FC, driving performance to meet long- and short-term company goals; prepare operating reports, establish KPIs, and provide value-driven feedback to direct reports
Lead and motivate large cross-functional teams, including receiving, production, inventory control, and shipping; foster a collaborative and high-performance culture to meet or exceed operational goals
Champion continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities, implementing new processes, best practices, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures
Foster effective communication and collaboration among warehouse departments; coordinate with logistics, inventory, and distribution teams to ensure a cohesive supply chain
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve on-time delivery, maintain high product quality, and optimize turnover
Manage scheduling, oversee daily operations reports, and increase production through leadership and strategic action plans
