Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or later
  • Interest in business strategy, technology development, and solving complex business problems
  • Interest in National Security, Healthcare, and/or Cyber
  • Strong analytical, research, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starters who can take directives and produce outcomes with little to no guidance
  • Able to work at least 20 hours/week
  • Must agree to and sign a non-disclosure agreement, which will include social media guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Aid in the creation of high-quality deliverables under the direction of your team lead
  • Take ownership of a variety of delegated tasks, including both implementation and administrative efforts
  • Develop exceptional working relationships with platform and incubation team members
  • Participate in the development and delivery of new operating processes for the company, which may include project work and assistance in the facilitation of new and/or existing processes
  • Conduct market research and analysis in support of our practices and incubation companies
  • Help with coordination of events, logistics, and materials for team engagements and meetings
  • Learn about the structure of a rapidly-scaling business, in addition to the organizational structures of its incubation companies
  • Participate in strategy sessions of Red Cell Partners and its incubation companies
