Support operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements
Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operations
Address issues that arise and implement solutions to enhance service delivery
Engage in proactive monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure systems function optimally and meet service standards
Document processes and provide insights to improve operational efficiency
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions

Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
