Requirements

Minimum 4 years of progressive technical experience supporting operations or intelligence communities
At least 4 years of operational experience in mission planning for aircraft weapons systems, navigation systems, tactical comms, and C2 platforms, and development and execution of peacetime/wartime SOF missions
Working knowledge of Joint and SOF operational tools and platforms
Familiarity with task organization, mission command principles, and support relationships
Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility

Responsibilities

Provide engineering support for SOCOM and Joint Staff operational and targeting cycles
Train and assist users on programs of record such as COP Management, OAI Management, Commander’s Critical Information Requirements (CCIR), Tactical Data Links (TADL), and other C2 systems
Participate in working groups and forums across AoR such as COP, Joint Fires, Sustainment, Protection, and TADL Working Groups
Analyze unit-specific operational technology gaps and report findings to SOCOM
Collaborate with regional GSSE leads and Joint Task Forces to ensure synchronized support
