Responsibilities

The Operations Customer Service Representative will assist customers and drivers to ensure deliveries are completed on time, manage different types of situations, work with a variety of people in-person, by phone and emails, and wow customers with communication skills. They will also account for all packages and deal with packages returned to the Delivery Center, produce reports, and work with various systems.
