Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in program or project management with a focus on payor operations
- Strong working knowledge of payor requirements (across multiple states preferred)
- Experience with both delegated and non-delegated payor workflows
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (know how to get buy-in and set realistic expectations/deadlines)
- Strong critical thinking and operational judgment (see the issue, the downstream impacts, and the solution)
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and a strong relationship builder
- Understand the nuances of Medicaid
- Thrive in ambiguous environments
Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact on CredOps for new payor launches, including complex commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid contracts
- Translate payor requirements into operational requirements and workflows, including developing and implementing creative solutions
- Review delegated credentialing agreements to identify operational risks, gaps, or requirements and work with legal on where we can find a compromise when needed
- Act as a trusted liaison between Payor Partnerships and CredOps, ensuring both sides are aligned on process, priorities, and timelines
- Support additional operational workstreams in credentialing and enrollment, including building rosters, workflows, and processes as necessary
