Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in program or project management with a focus on payor operations
  • Strong working knowledge of payor requirements (across multiple states preferred)
  • Experience with both delegated and non-delegated payor workflows
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (know how to get buy-in and set realistic expectations/deadlines)
  • Strong critical thinking and operational judgment (see the issue, the downstream impacts, and the solution)
  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and a strong relationship builder
  • Understand the nuances of Medicaid
  • Thrive in ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact on CredOps for new payor launches, including complex commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid contracts
  • Translate payor requirements into operational requirements and workflows, including developing and implementing creative solutions
  • Review delegated credentialing agreements to identify operational risks, gaps, or requirements and work with legal on where we can find a compromise when needed
  • Act as a trusted liaison between Payor Partnerships and CredOps, ensuring both sides are aligned on process, priorities, and timelines
  • Support additional operational workstreams in credentialing and enrollment, including building rosters, workflows, and processes as necessary
