Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in an operations or process-oriented role, preferably in the payroll or finance industry. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a process-driven mindset are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.

Responsibilities

The Operations and Process Specialist will assist with data entry, system processing, and reconciliation of payslips, token grants, and vesting schedules. They will perform routine and ad hoc tasks to support the administration of compensation programs, upload and manage critical documents and data across platforms, follow established workflows meticulously to ensure data accuracy and compliance, identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with the team to implement enhancements, and provide operational support to the team and help balance workload demands during peak periods.
