Requirements

  • Interest in working intensively with large international clients and smaller local clients on resilience, risk, and technology-enabled transformation agendas
  • Expertise or experience in areas such as Operational Resilience (including Minimal Viable Business, Technology, and Third-Party Resilience), Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Incident Management, IT Disaster Recovery, Physical Security, or Regulatory Compliance (DORA, NIS2, Critical Entities Resilience Directive)
  • Ability to collaborate closely with clients to understand their business and technology, identify strengths, and mitigate gaps
  • Skills in designing and delivering resilience projects across industries, including current state analysis, gap assessments, building resilience management systems, designing policies/guidelines/plans, training/exercises, crisis simulations, war rooms, boardroom discussions, communication/remediation strategies, and response/recovery procedures

Responsibilities

  • Support clients across the end-to-end resilience lifecycle: identifying, assessing, preventing, preparing for, responding to, and recovering from disruptions, threats, and crises
  • Conduct current state analysis and gap assessments
  • Build integrated resilience management systems
  • Design policies, guidelines, and plans
  • Create and deliver training and exercises
  • Plan and execute crisis simulations, set up war rooms, and facilitate boardroom dilemma discussions
  • Provide advice on communication and remediation strategies during disruptions
  • Mobilize global teams for response and recovery procedures
  • Work as a trusted advisor on resilience matters, providing bespoke solutions tailored to clients' unique circumstances
  • Collaborate with other Deloitte disciplines on small and large-scale resilience projects
  • Engage in team collaboration, collegiality, coaching, and talent development in an inclusive environment
