Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the Audit and Insights team within Revenue Optimisation Department
Use data insights to identify key areas of focus and lead the team
Continually assess team operations and performance, implementing robust processes with management
Work with Revenue Optimization Manager to develop team skills
Strengthen and expand data-driven initiatives for competitive advantage
Leverage advanced data capabilities to identify new value externalization opportunities
Lead implementation of seamless registration audit process to optimize revenue via data intelligence, process improvement, and strategic audit leadership
Own and ensure accountability for delivery, maintenance, and reporting of insights
