Requirements

Willingness to commit to a 3-year full-time program starting in July 2024, ending in June 2027
Ability to engage in 3 different assignments (12 months each) in varying divisions and/or functional areas (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain Planning/Material Management, Project Management, Plant Quality, Operations Excellence)
Acceptance of no repeated assignments, each with a different Assignment Manager
Readiness for an international rotation (overseas) in the final year
Willingness to travel 10% of the time
Location availability in Malaysia > Penang: Plot 102, Lebuhraya Kampong Jawa Bayan Lepas Industrial Zone 11900, with possible additional locations

Responsibilities

Participate in a 3-year Operations PDP program to gain broad growth and development through breadth and depth of Operations experience
Complete three critical career experiences across Technical, Supervisory, and Operations Excellence functional areas
Undertake rotation opportunities in areas such as Engineering, Supply Chain Planning/Material Management, Project Management, Plant Quality, and Operations Excellence
Transition to a full-time post-program position upon program completion, leveraging developed skills, experience, and network
