Requirements

Master’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Economics or Business
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment, with proven experience of continuous improvement
2 years of demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting the predefined quality requirements
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices
Good knowledge of statistical tools
Experience in Digital Transformation and Digital Solutions is preferred
Fluent in English, both written and oral
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, as well as communication skills
Ability to work with and influence a wider range of levels in the organization
Ability to establish positive working relationships in a global organization

Responsibilities

Support implementation of PPI (Practical Process Improvement) Business System to drive continuous improvement through lean and digital transformation
Ensure Productivity targets are reached and PPI activities for the Site are successfully driven through collaboration and support to the SLT and other site departments
Support E2E Operational Excellence and encourage all colleagues to continuously optimize their processes
Establish a Lean Culture ensuring that all employees become more involved in the PPI initiative
Support site Digital transformation strategy, driving the Operational Excellence influence on Industry 4.0
Facilitate Continuous Improvement events (such as Kaizen, VSM, Workshop) in order to reach the efficiency and productivity targets
Act as an internal consultant for sharing and implementing Best Practices
Assist in the education and training on operational excellence principles
Monitor performance, and participate in performance reviews
