Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Economics or Business
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment, with proven experience of continuous improvement
  • 2 years of demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting the predefined quality requirements
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Good knowledge of statistical tools
  • Experience in Digital Transformation and Digital Solutions is preferred
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, as well as communication skills
  • Ability to work with and influence a wider range of levels in the organization
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships in a global organization

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of PPI (Practical Process Improvement) Business System to drive continuous improvement through lean and digital transformation
  • Ensure Productivity targets are reached and PPI activities for the Site are successfully driven through collaboration and support to the SLT and other site departments
  • Support E2E Operational Excellence and encourage all colleagues to continuously optimize their processes
  • Establish a Lean Culture ensuring that all employees become more involved in the PPI initiative
  • Support site Digital transformation strategy, driving the Operational Excellence influence on Industry 4.0
  • Facilitate Continuous Improvement events (such as Kaizen, VSM, Workshop) in order to reach the efficiency and productivity targets
  • Act as an internal consultant for sharing and implementing Best Practices
  • Assist in the education and training on operational excellence principles
  • Monitor performance, and participate in performance reviews
