Responsibilities

Travailler au sein d’équipes autonomes et piloter des ateliers fortement automatisés
Assurer la réalisation du planning de production, la conduite des équipements, le suivi des recettes de fabrication, les contrôles sur lignes, le nettoyage et la maintenance de premier niveau (réglages généraux, vérification, réparations mineures) dans le respect des règles de sécurité, qualité et environnement
Anticiper un planning de production (Nettoyage, contraintes équipements, ressources) et prendre les initiatives adéquates
Proposer des optimisations et s’organiser pour faire face aux priorités
Posséder une maîtrise technique de tous les équipements d’un process de remplissage, poudre ou fabrication (filtration, pasteurisation, stérilisation, émulsion)
Vérifier la conformité des résultats (dossier de production correctement rempli, pertes de produits, qualité du nettoyage, bonnes conditions d’intervention maintenance)
Chargé(e) de la fabrication ou du conditionnement des produits de la Compagnie Coca-Cola
