Requirements

Técnico o Tecnólogo graduado en Mecánica industrial, Electrónica, Electromecánica, mecatrónica, automatización o afines
Experiencia mínima de 2 años como Operador Técnico de Máquinas Industriales o áreas de mantenimiento
Conocimiento en áreas de Mantenimiento y GMP
Conocimiento en electricidad, electrónica y neumática
Conocimiento de Moldes, Matricería y en procesos de transformación de plástico

Responsibilities

Cumplir con la normatividad vigente frente a temas de salud, ambiente, seguridad (CO6001A), regulaciones de Calidad (GMP, manuales y procedimientos), Seguridad en la Cadena de Suministro, sistema de gestión integral de la energía, políticas corporativas y Decreto 4725 de 2005 sobre registros sanitarios de dispositivos médicos
Operar la máquina de acuerdo con los manuales de instrucción de Kiefel y máquina funda
Cumplir con los procedimientos escritos para los procesos (líneas despejadas para cambios de referencia, inspecciones masivas) y reportar eventos de calidad asociados a la operación
Reportar el desecho generado en la operación
Reportar tiempos perdidos, daños en la máquina y realizar limpieza por turno de la misma
Asistir a las reuniones semanales y entrenamientos programados
Participar en programas de calidad total (Grupos de soluciones efectivas, ideas originales, TPM, 6S), programas de seguridad y tarjetas Hazard
Realizar Mantenimiento Preventivo y Correctivo a la máquina
Estar atentos al buen funcionamiento de la máquina haciendo los correctivos de curso
Operar primer y segundo sello de las bolsas de PVC en máquina Kiefel asegurando flujo constante del producto según estándares de calidad
