Ability to work full-time on-site in a fast-paced environment
For Café Leads: Experience mentoring and guiding teams

Responsibilities

Team Members (including Baristas and Customer Service Associates):
Craft and serve specialty hot and cold beverages, including authentic Italian espresso and coffee
Prepare food items
Provide warm, Italian-style hospitality and exceptional guest service
Rotate across front- and back-of-house stations
Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and product knowledge
Engage with guests, assist with inquiries, and maintain a welcoming environment
Line/Prep Cooks:
Prepare a variety of cold food items and ingredients for recipes
Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
Café Leads:
Support day-to-day operations of the caffè
Mentor and guide the team
Work closely with managers
Lead by example in service and execution
Ensure each guest has an exceptional experience
