Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
Ability to adapt to changing shifts and account needs with flexibility
Obtain and maintain required certifications (e.g., HSPA) and meet vendor credentialing requirements for all assigned accounts
Exert up to 50lbs of force occasionally and up to 20lbs of force constantly to move objects
Remain standing or walking for an extended period of time
Meet work schedule to ensure consistent surgical coverage as required by the medical facility
Adhere to Stryker’s code of conduct and HIPAA regulations, maintaining patient confidentiality, high-quality standards, and demonstrating professionalism in work ethic, attitude, and appearance
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience with medical device support or in a clinical environment (preferred)
Knowledge of operating room standards and sterile processing practices (preferred)
HSPA/CRCST certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

Manage and care for Customer’s equipment within the Sterile Processing Department (SPD)
Perform the cleaning, maintenance, and assembly of surgical instrumentation and equipment
Use exceptional attention to detail to ensure surgeon’s equipment is clean, sterile, functioning properly, and ready for the next case
Perform job functions while adhering to all industry and facility-specific standards and safety protocols
Understand the unique challenges faced by caregivers to ensure that hospital staff can focus on patient care
